Summary of case: I apply for the review of this mans certificate of exemption on the grounds that the Appeal tribunal have sent into the Army a man of the same occupation, and a one-man business from the same neighbourhood. This man has an active father, and several female relations in the business, and capable of carrying on in his absence. The leaving of this man and the taking of his neighbour id causing a good deal of comment in the district. The York Advisory Committee recommend this Review. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/1376]
