I am a partner of the firm, I and J A Horner Builders. I suffer from Haemorrhoids and feel that I am quite unfit for military service as I cannot walk distances owing to the extreme pains caused by my condition (a medical certificate is enclosed) Under the circumstances I respectfully ask for a conditional exemption.
