Summary of case: My employer considers that I am indispensable to him in so much that he will not be able to work his farm to the best advantage if I should be taken away. I am engaged in winter ploughing feeding cattle and dressing potatoes for market and in summer thatching and ordinary farm work. In addition to my work I am the sole support of a widowed mother 67 years of age who has no one else to depend upon.
