Summary of case: Employed as an engineer for the last six years and is the only practical mechanic employed keeping engines and other plant in repair. Slag wool is used in shipbuilding, erection of cordite factories, shell filling factories and in the manufacture of field ovens, shell enamelling stoves and all work where insulation is necessary.
