Summary of case: I am a discharged soldier having volunteered for Military Service in 1915, but after 6 months of service of which 3 months was passed in hospital I was discharged as not likely to become an efficient soldier. I am deaf in one ear and suffer from other complaints the results of an accident. I am now employed by the War Agricultural Executive Committee driving a Motor Tractor and hold their Certificate. 17 Sep 1917, Hogger withdrew his claim to exemption.[See also NRCC/CL 9/1/4099]
