Since outbreak of war, appellants wife conducts domestic household, and care of twin boys aged five without a maid on £2 weekly, and has no business experience, also is not adaptable to business, while obviously is occupied with domestic care to highly creditable limit. Appellant also contributed to support of widowed mother without mean, by having parted with £14 a year tenant, to make house over shop rent free for appellants mother. Appellant is under legal deeds of loaned capita, and tenancy agreements, which if any attempt to realize, or enforced employment of capable manager at adequate salary, otherwise than appellants own economical working, all such alternatives, will render appellants business bankrupt against his legal engagements. Appellant is old member, and efficient Volunteer Training Corps.
