His wife is in a very bad state of health. She has chronic gastritis with vomiting. She is anaemic and very weak and will be confined in a few days. The appellant has been classified as B2 by the President who did not want to examine him and the other doctors were of opinion that he was not fit for that category. He holds a letter signed by the Lieut Col that he had been examined by the Ordnance Office and was declared as medically unfit and he has on another occasion been rejected. He suffers from an ulcerated leg, nasal catarrh, bronchitis and dental trouble. He asks that he may be sent before a Special Medical Board as he is very dissatisfied with his own medical examination.
