Sending him now would create hardship for the business and it might have to shut up. The applicant believes that he is fit, but in view of the Regulation prohibiting him from doing any work of Military Service except Works Battalion, which is equivalent if C2 or C3, he respectfully asks in view of his domestic responsibility that he should be allowed to keep the business together so as to be a means of livelihood for the other brothers when they return. There is no one who can take any responsibility or control of the business.
