Summary of case: Mr Shaw states that he is the only son left at home, one brother being killed and the other one in France. His mother is very put out about the loss of his brother and taking me away he thinks would break her heart. The clerk of the local tribunal stated that the appellant did not personally appear to contest the application for review and therefore the grounds on which the appeal is made have never been considered by the tribunal. The local tribunal stated that the certificate of conditional exemption be withdraw but the Military are not to call up for one month.
