Summary of case: Exemption previously granted to 31 Jul 1917 (case 2985). Application for extension to certificate on grounds that Robert is passed fit for C.1 service only and is providing better service to the country in his current position than he would in the military. He is responsible for moving sacks of maize, bran sharps etc from railyard and distributes to farmers. It is extremely heavy work which could not be done by an older men or a woman.
