Summary of case: For the last 20 years Brown junior has run the business, his father works solely repairing shoes and boots. If Brown junior goes the business will be forced to close. Much of the work is repairing miners boots and there is a shortage of repairers, its impossible to find replacement repairers if called up. His brother is already in the army. Robert Brown is classified B2 fit.
