Summary of case: J. W. Potts is 40 years old is the sole support of his widowed mother.... His mother is very delicate and has been under the care of one or two doctors, and Dr Sanderson Long has been attending her. The Drs have on previous occasions said she was not to be left, and she has no one else to whom she can rely upon for her support. The applicant contends that his is one of those cases referred to, as the Widows only son and again draws attention to the fact that he is now 40 years of age. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/2643]
