Summary of case: Appellant states his son is important to the running of his grocery business as he himself spends much of the week travelling selling lard and compounds and concentrated eggs and has a ministerial licence to sell cooking oil and lard compounds. His two other sons are already serving in the army. The local tribunal state in their reasons for their decision that appellant also has another son employed in the same business in an adjacent village and he could assist in the running of the business and allow him to be released.
