Summary of case: Appellant is applying on the grounds that his son is required to work on the farm however, local tribunal state in their reasons for dismissing his application to them that the son has not in fact been working on the farm but working on Ripon camp and so if he can be spared for that, he can be spared for the army. They consider his occupation as a wheelwright to be badly needed in the army. Although this appeal is dismissed further paperwork suggests that this decision is being questioned.
