Summary of case: Appellant states that at 41 years old he has had a life time of ill health although at present states he is well due to good diet and taking great care of himself. In the previous appeal to the local tribunal, Samuel Baker, his employer, stated that Keld is a delicate man. Employer also stated that he has lost two other employees to the forces. Local tribunal point out that Keld has been passed as B1 and that employer has adequate labour.
