Local Tribunal dismissed the appeal and stated that some woman should be employed in this work. The appeal by his employers to the County Tribunal maintaining that he is the sole male representative in the District and female agency staff are all untrained and it would take some months to train a successor. Also the work is unsuitable for a lady to deal with difficult recipients of benefits.
