The chief difficulty in the business from the continental fluctuation of the process in the rubber market. Trade has increased due to the Government requiring considerable quantity of Macintoshes and Galoshes. When previously granted an exemption he was told to train someone to run his business. Appellant has subsequently said this is impractical. The local tribunal didn't think a monopoly would be created if his business was forced to close.
