It appeared from his statement, he was employed by a firm of grocers in York, from 8-30 to 6 and 8 to 2 on Saturdays, and his own business at Skelton was carried on by his wife, when he was away – as nearly the whole of his time is taken up in other work there seems to be no reason that he should have any further exemption.’
