Summary of case: This is my only employee in the business of making and repairing cobles these are used by the fishermen of Staithes and Runswick for carrying on their businesses. We have 40 cobles now under overhaul and repair and no one unless he is skilled and trained is of any use in y business he is passed by the Medical Board C1. This man is in a reserved occupation.
