Summary of case: My grandson is my only remaining workman, engaged wholly in maintaining two cars, used by business men, and driving the Military. I am 59 years old and have no knowledge of motor repair and am unable to drive. If this man is taken the business will have to close down. 'This I submit would be contrary to the interests of the general public considering the class of work we do and the use to which our cars are put'.
