Summary of case: Since the start of the war we have sent 10 of our staff for military service. This has left him the only man to carry out the duty of travelling, up to 60 miles a week, by cycle and walking. Before the war this job was done by two men. Mr Reed is a married man with 3 young children and currently is a motor dispatch rider for the Volunteer Training Corps.
