Summary of case: Robert Forrest said that, without his son, he would have to give up the farm. One brother was already in France. Robert Forrest was in failing health and his wife was an invalid. William Forrest was Medical Category C2 as he had only one eye. The appellant was asking for an extension to the current exemption which ran out on 31 Mar 1917 [See also NRCC/Cl 9/1/2144]
