The warehouse supplies a number of small shops and dealers and it would be practically impossible to replace a man of his experience. His employer is about to lose his clerk who works under Benson’s instructions. He was passed C2 and is periodically under medical attendance. The military representative appealed against the original decision of the local tribunal which was exemption conditional on continuing in St John Ambulance Brigade
