Summary of case: If called up would mean financial hardship and loss to self and family. Also on the grounds of the business being as one man’s business which according to the law is entitled to every consideration and that my affairs are in a serious condition with regard to my Creditors having made an Assignment on Jan 8th/17, this year, if called up would have to do so again that is file my petition and therefore cause more loss to friends and creditors who assisted to me to commence again. In any case credit would not be extended to the business without the guarantee for my wife to manage the business I therefore respectfully ask that Conditional Exemption should be granted. I also point out that my age is 41 next.
