Summary of case: I have no one to carry on my Business and having a close down will mean ruin. I had also men previously to and he went to war and now I am left by myself, with a widowed Mother, sister and a nephew to support (solely). I have also three aces of grass land and a horse which I keep in connection with my business. My rents and rates exceed £30 per annum. This business was established by my late Father in 1875, and I am the only son.
