Summary of case: That it is inexpedient in the national interest that this man should be indefinitely retained in his present occupation. There is an elder brother on the farm, and other brothers on another farm. This man was only brought home a short time ago in consequence of his brother being ill in the past they have always had a hired man. It would appear to be a case where substitution could be used with advantage, or possibly if one of the other brothers were available if one of the other brothers were available he might join the Colours. The farm is entirely grass with a good deal of rough land.
