Summary of case: Wood had been granted a temporary exemption previously by the local tribunal. As well as the occupations stated above, he was also assistant to the postmaster. The appellant states that he is the only person to be able to carry on that business and that he is also the sole manager of the small farm he has. The local tribunal's view is that the appellant's wife and uncle can manage both the Post Office and farm with a little local help
