Summary of case: This man is an absolutely indispensable workman in the largest agricultural works in the district being the only skilled wheelwright and worker in wood for the repairing of agricultural implements in the works. Every effort has been made to get a man beyond military age to fill his place for the firm to carry on and it will be detrimental to the successful working of the farms if this man is taken. Local tribunal gave exemption on condition of man remaining in current occupation. Military representative appealed against this decision.
