Summary of case: Military representative states this man in Bi fit and regulation 114 applies. All young men should be under training forthwith. Rimes himself states he suffers from bleeding haemorrhoids. He looks after 80 cars, all the other work force has been called up. He also manages a large number of properties from his father and grandfathers estates. The local tribunal decided this man looks after an estate which supports three old ladies and if this man was sent three women would be “brought to ruin”. Regulation 114 was considered and dismissed.
