Summary of case: Military Representative contests that the man is fit for service as the Central Medical Board states. In a previous appeal to the local tribunal Tindall stated that he is not fit. Tindall has been before the Medical Board four times and rejected. The local tribunal stated that on business grounds he should be allowed to remain.
