Summary of case: My son Joseph is absolutely needful for my trade as he is the only person employed by me and I am a cripple having lost both my legs. I therefore claim him as my support he having to fetch milk from two farms and yoke my cart and look after the horse and see the front studs are put in when required besides having to hawk milk every day after having supplied my wholesale shops and is already a Volunteer Training Corps.
