Summary of case: I make an appeal before the tribunal asking for relief from military service as I think I am doing more good to my country in my own employment. Having lost my uncle and eldest brother, killed in action, out of the home and also having been and the hospital on two occasions myself for operation. I think it wisest that I remain at home and to assist my parents with the home and help my Invalid sister who is unable to go to service to earn her own living.
