Summary of case: a) Being Sole support of widowed mother, and a brother b) Having in possession three large vegetable gardens, which depend solely upon myself for cultivation, I request the tribunal to grant at its discretion, a period in which it may be possible for me to complete the cultivation of my gardens, in order that I may leave my dependants satisfactorily situated in their respect. In the mean-time the School authorities could have time to place a substitute in the school staff which otherwise will be seriously depleted.
