Summary of case: He had 43 acres of land, 70 sheep, two horses and 3,000 head of adult poultry and would shortly have over 6,000 chicks. His business included sending eggs for hatching and day-old chicks by mail order and he had only one man besides himself and is unable to get any other help. The local tribunal noted that his father (is) quite incapable and allowed his application. The military representative disagreed and appealed against this decision.
