Summary of case: Appellant states that Swinnerton went to assist in the dental practice at Kirbymoorside and within three weeks of his arrival the owner of the dental business died. He is running the practice for the executors with the intention of taking the practice over. It is confirmed he is the only dentist within 14 miles and sees some 25 patients a day. He fulfilled all requirements of the military when he looked after the Kings Royal Rifles at Duncombe Park and would gladly offer his services again. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/2086]
