Summary of case: The military representative appealed against the decision of local tribunal on grounds that this man is under 31 and fit for general service. In Oct 1916 the local tribunal granted him temporary exemption until Jan 1917. The Agricultural Scrutinizing Committee marked this farm as excessive by one. His employer Wilson Peacock claimed that the farm comes under the Regulations, as to dairy farms, work which at present is of the utmost national importance.
