Summary of case: Father, who is 66 and in bad health he claims he would be unable to work the farm without the assistance of Arthur. Local tribunal points out that appellant has five or six sons and not one in the army. They are of the opinion that one of the elder married sons might very well take the place of Arthur Wheldon. It was understood that nearly half the farm was occupied by another son.
