Summary of case: Appellant has a farm of 140 acres of inside land and about 350 acres of moor land .His stock consists of 30 to 40 beasts and 200 sheep. His farm is situated on the moor side and this man is the only hand beside myself on the farm. Foster principally attends to the sheep which are 6 miles from home and in the present stormy weather it is absolutely necessary to employ a man who knows the moors.
