I get some special clerical help from a member of the staff of Rowntree and Company Limited, who has legal qualifications nut his time is very fully occupied and he cannot take on Mr Morells work. Local tribunal granted one days exemption quite sufficient to enable appellant to arrange for an ineligible male or female clerk to do the work.
