Summary of case: I have no assistance in my business, and if I am taken away it must close down. I supply over 250 regular customers, and in addition to this, I undertake the carting for other persons of their own coal. I claim to be in a certified occupation. In April last, I was medically examined and passed as fit for sedentary work, but in December last was passed fir for service. I have been regularly treated for over four years for Neurasthenia.
