Summary of case: It is absolutely necessary for me to have an experienced chauffeur to enable me to do my government work and other work and who can keep my cars in running order. The business is employed in the production of munitions and he is on several government advisory committees which entail going to London. 11 of his employees have already been called up and he has no-one left of military age who is medically fit.
