Summary of case: The employer has a farm of 90 acres of grass, 10 acres of tillage, 22 milking cows 12 young cows, 2 farm horses and 2 ponies. His cows produce about 28 gallons of milk daily. He distributes about 139 gallons of milk per day with 25 gallons for the military and naval forces. In the summer he produces 50 gallons of milk and distributes 255 gallons. The employer only has this man left to look after the cows with one other man who is a horseman. The rest of his employees are boys and girls. He cannot replace this man. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/1501]
