Summary of case: Appellant states that he has a family of a wife and five children and states they are all of a delicate position and constantly under the doctor. The eldest daughter at present is awaiting a bed in the hospital. Local tribunal states as the appellant has used serious hardship as his grounds for appeal, the family would actually be better off with the full allowance if he were called up. It is the first time he has raised the fact that all his family are “delicate”.
