Summary of case: In partnership with his mother who is 59. Licence granted on the condition that there is one male attendant on the premises. When the license was granted it was a stipulation that one male attendant must be on the premises it is more essential now as we have a lot of troops billeted in the place. I do not think with so many men about it is fit for a woman to be left as they cannot control the house the same.
