Summary of case: ‘The only other worker on this farm is his younger brother who was 17 years of age on 27 June this year. These two workers had not handled an agricultural implement, horse, stock etc until about two or three months after the outbreak of war. George Thomas Tebb was exempted at Easingwold Tribunal on Monday last, 23 October, until 1 Jan. Final. I am appealing against it being final.’ George Tebb had gone before the medical Board and on 20 December 1916 had been passed for General Service.
