Summary of case: The employer does not drive and has no knowledge of the county. He cannot manage without a chauffeur. ‘A female driver was suggested by one member of the local tribunal but that is completely out of the question as in some cases may have to stay hours at night at possibly a house with only two rooms and considering the value of the car and being no accommodation for the driver he or she would have to remain in the car which is out of the question for a female.’
