Summary of case: Appellant has two sons, one of which was called up for service. Isaac was not passed fit for military service because of delicate if not rotten state of health of the family. One son in the York City Asylum and a married sister who was weak minded. Also a married sister with six children who is consumptive and is unable to support them. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/700]
