Summary of case: I dont think the Stokesley tribunal fully considered my case as I should have to sell my stock and I could not find anyone to take over the land at this time of the year. My widowed mother could not manage as she is about 70 years of age and I have no one near to take charge when I have to enter military service. His mother suffers from rheumatics.
