Summary of case: This man did not attest, the appeal was by the employer and there was no appeal by the man, and the grounds were business and ill health. The mans work is not in the national interested and the man is fit for garrison duty abroad. He is the perfect age for the army. The country ought not to be deprived of his services or the man of the opportunity of distinguishing himself in the duties for which he is certified to be fit, or in any more important duties to which he may be transferred.
