Summary of case: His wife is in delicate health and unable to manage the business. He cannot find a responsible person to manage the business in his absence. Owing to the large military camp near here it requires a responsible person to conduct the business, several of the other licensed houses in the town having been put out of bounds for soldiers owing to their not been properly conducted. I make this appeal on the grounds of domestic and financial hardship.
